Publish our brands' videos to TikTok
Siber Social is the publishing tool Siber Ventures, Inc. uses to post short videos for its own brands, starting with Vertical Lambo Doors, to the TikTok accounts those brands own.
How it works
Connect a TikTok account
A brand team member signs in with TikTok (Login Kit) and approves access. We receive the account's display name, avatar and an access token. Your TikTok password never reaches us.
Choose the video and settings
Pick a video, write the caption, and choose who can view it, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and whether the post promotes a brand. Options come from the account's current TikTok settings.
Post or send to drafts
Post directly to the profile, or upload to the account's TikTok inbox to finish editing in the TikTok app. The page shows the upload and publishing status until TikTok confirms it.
Who uses it
Siber Social is operated by Siber Ventures, Inc. It is used to publish content for brands that Siber Ventures owns or operates, to TikTok accounts belonging to those brands. Each video is reviewed by a person on the brand team before it is posted, and every post is made with the settings that person chooses on the publishing screen.
Siber Social does not read your feed, followers, messages or analytics. It only uses the permissions needed to identify the connected account and to upload and publish videos you choose.
TikTok permissions we request
| Permission | What we use it for |
|---|---|
user.info.basic | Show which account is connected (display name and avatar) so the right brand account receives the post. |
video.upload | Upload a video to the account's TikTok inbox as a draft, to finish and post in the TikTok app. |
video.publish | Post a video directly to the account's profile with the caption, privacy and interaction settings chosen on the publishing screen. |
