Siber SocialPrivacy Policy

This policy explains what information Siber Social (social.siberventures.com) collects, how we use it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted. Siber Social is operated by Siber Ventures, Inc. ("Siber Ventures", "we", "us"). It is a tool for publishing videos for brands that Siber Ventures owns or operates to those brands' TikTok accounts.
Information we collect

We do not collect your TikTok password, contacts, messages, followers, viewing history, analytics or payment information. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site. We use one strictly necessary cookie that holds a random session identifier, and a short-lived cookie that protects the sign-in step against forgery.
How tokens are stored
TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored on our server (Cloudflare Workers KV) and are never sent to your browser. They are used only to make the TikTok requests you start on the publishing screen.
How we share information
We send videos, captions and post settings to TikTok to publish them, as you direct. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., stores and processes data on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
- Session data (open_id, display name, avatar URL and tokens) is deleted automatically after 30 days without use.
- Choosing Disconnect in the app revokes the token with TikTok and deletes the session data immediately.
- Upload references expire after one hour. Videos are not stored by Siber Social at any time.
- You can also remove Siber Social from your TikTok account under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions, which stops our tokens from working.
- To ask us to delete any information we hold, email info@siberventures.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Videos that have been published to TikTok are governed by TikTok's own terms and privacy policy, and can be deleted from TikTok.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Tokens are kept server-side and are only reachable through your session. We limit access to Siber Ventures personnel who operate the brand accounts.
Children
Siber Social is a business tool and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
