Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms govern the use of Siber Social at social.siberventures.com (the "Service"), operated by Siber Ventures, Inc. ("Siber Ventures", "we", "us"). By connecting a TikTok account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service lets authorized users connect a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and upload videos to that account, either as a direct post or as a draft in the account's TikTok inbox, using TikTok's Content Posting API.

2. Who may use it

The Service is provided for publishing content for brands that Siber Ventures owns or operates, to TikTok accounts belonging to those brands. You may connect a TikTok account only if you own it or are authorized to manage it. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep all rights to the videos and captions you post. You give us permission to transmit them to TikTok as you direct.
• You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post, including music, footage and trademarks.
• You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation.
• You must disclose commercial content truthfully using the disclosure settings on the publishing screen.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing or spam; to access accounts you are not authorized to manage; or to interfere with the Service or TikTok's systems.

5. TikTok

The Service is not made, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. Posting depends on TikTok's availability and its review and processing of each video. TikTok may limit or reject posts under its own rules.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we use and how to have it deleted.

7. Disconnecting and ending use

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the app, which revokes our access. We may suspend access to the Service if these terms are broken.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Siber Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content posted through the Service, and our total liability is limited to US$100.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
